Who we are

Jean Porc is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@jeanporc.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus what you ordered. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can help you.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, handle returns and answer your questions (to fulfil our agreement with you), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only with the partners we need to run the shop: payment provider, shipping carrier and our web host. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires (seven years in Sweden). Customer service emails are deleted when they're no longer needed.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@jeanporc.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
